Speaker

Higher Education

With over twenty years in higher education as a faculty member and administrator, I often speak on issues such as the college selection process, access and affordability, Honors education, the Land Grant university in the 21st century, and teaching the Bible in a secular classroom.

Scholarship & Faith

The nature of my scholarship has provided me with opportunities to speak in various academic and faith communities. From addressing my research in rabbinic literature to leading spiritual retreats on coping with calamity, whether in the classroom or in the pulpit, I enjoy greatly the opportunity to engage with people on the issues that matter the most to them.
